TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Bright, luminous with silver nuances and light body.
Nose: Smoked tones are perceived in the first impression, followed by escaping fruity tones like tamarind.
Flavor: Silky attack, intense, leaving a spectrum of vapors amongst which the smokiness of the sweet cooked agave stands out.
