Produced from a light honey virgin molasses and fermented with yeast derived from pineapples. This rum is a blend of rums between 5 to 18 years old, aged in a dynamic solera system. The solera system uses ex-American whiskey barrels, medium toasted ex-American whisky barrels, olorosso sherry casks and port casks.
