Using yeast derived from pineapples and light molasses, this rum is distilled into a light floral distillate which then gets aged through a dynamic system. Botran blanca is a blend of rums of 3 to 8 years aged, aged dynamically through the passage of Ex American Whiskye and Ex American Whiskye medium toasted Casks. Afterwards it gets filtered to be a white rum.
