Produced from virgin honey molasses and fermented with yeast derived from pineapples. This rum is a blend of rums between 5-20 years old, aged in a dynamic solera system using ex-American whisky barrels, medium toasted ex-American whisky barrels, olorosso sherry casks and port barrels. After all this the rum gets a finish on Spanish wine casks from the Duero region.
