This fortified wine was already well-known at the end of the 18th century and, in the centuries that followed, its popularity grew around the world. Following the recent revival of original recipes and craftsmanship, it finds itself in the spotlight once more. Vermouth Bianco, or Classico, is the quintessential ready-to-drink Italian aperitif. Carefully crafted, completely natural, free of preservatives and colouring agents.

The production process starts with the mixing of botanical extracts, wine, sugar and alcohol, followed by a resting period and then a light filtration before bottling

TASTING NOTES

Nose: A refined and enticing bouquet with fragrant aromas of citrus fruits, flowers and exotic spices.

Taste: Citrus fruits, vanilla and sweet woods (cinnamon and others) marry with bittery ingredients (among which absinthe and gentian stand out) and an adequate base of quality Italian wines

Finish: Sweet, spicy and delicately bitter with pleasant hints of vanilla, cinnamon, absinthe and gentian.
