TASTING NOTES

Nose: Elegant and intriguing notes of absinthe and citrus fruits.

Taste: Great balance and aromatic intensity characterise this artisanal recipe. Hints of ginger, cinnamon, angelica and orange emerge, combined with a pronounced bitter complex of chamomile, gentian, rhubarb and cinchona.

Finish: Sweet notes of vanilla and sugar perfectly balance the strong bitter component of this classic recipe, inspired by Piedmont’s oldest traditions.
