Its uniqueness: Logia Cenizo is crafted using a particular recipe that uses local mesquite and huisache wood when cooked. It is then milled with an axe, taking five times longer and needing 30 to 33 lbs of agave to make one liter of mezcal. Finally, it is distilled in a copper still with a wooden cap which stamps the last and decisive notes into the elixir.
100% Natural Fermentation: All fermentation occurs naturally with no sultes in open-air vats, using wild yeast native to the environment.
