PESCADOR DE SUEÑOS ARROQUEÑO

Pescador de Sueños Arroqueño is made with the mighty and grand wild maguey Arroqueño (agave Americana) in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca. Tio Fernando’s family has been making mezcal for generations and he distills all his mezcal in small clay pots, which is common in this particular region of Oaxaca.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Brilliant, of a very soft straw color, with  hints of silver. The pearl is delicate and  full-bodied.

Nose: The first impressions are moist earth  forests with a smoked aroma dominating  its style. Flashes of incense and copal.  The sweet agave dominates its personality.

Flavor: It confirms its powerful style by leaving behind tonalities of sweetness, herbs, and mineral final taste.

Medium-high intensity.
