PESCADOR DE SUEÑOS TOBALÁ

Pescador de Sueños Tobala is made by maestro mezcalero Tio Fernando in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca. The region of Sola de Vega is rich with both wild and cultivated agave, and almost all distillers in the area use small clay pots to distill their mezcal. This clay-pot distillation has been practiced for hundreds of years, and it creates a very different character than mezcal distilled in copper.
