Arroqueño wild agave takes more than 25 years to mature, crushed by hand wooden hammer, fermented in Sabino wood tubs and distilled in clay pots. Tasting notes: Mid to strong with mineral notes.

Region: Gulera municipality of Villa Sola de Vega, Oaxaca. At 1500 mt. above sea level. Climate & Ecosystem: Warm-wet, Wet forest.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Brilliant, of a very soft straw color, with hints of silver. The pearl is delicate and full-bodied.
Nose: The first impressions are moist earth forests with a smoked aroma dominating its style. Flashes of incense and copal.  The sweet agave dominates its personality.
Flavor: It confirms its powerful style by leaving behind tonalities of sweetness, herbs, and mineral final taste.
Medium-high intensity.
