Region: Gulera municipality of Villa Sola de Vega, Oaxaca. At 1500 mt. above sea level. Climate & Ecosystem: Warm-wet, Wet forest.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Bright, crystal and silver with gray shades of a generous body . Pearls are consistent.
Nose: Let the nose flashes of citrus fruits like real lemon, fruit canned cherries, peaches and sapodilla. Nuances of copal and incense, sweet, tones of cocoa, expressed delicate  smoky wood tones. Ending with some  minerals and specious notes like nutmeg .  It is elegant.
Flavor: Confirms his fresh personality leaving a  silky and neutral finish.
