Distilled in the picturesque Capilla de Guadalupe situated in the highlands of Jalisco, 30-30 Reserva Especial Blanco is made from seven to nine years old agave plants to ensure peak sweetness and flavor. Tequila 30-30 Blanco is all-natural and contains no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.
The “most generous” agave is the one that is cultivated in this region of los Altos de Jalisco because of the red volcanic lands are permeable and contain elements of basalt and are full of iron. An average temperature of 68ºF, arid weather and 65 to 100 favourable cloudy days every year, the agaves reach a much higher proportion of sugars which are key in distillation.
