Emanuele Genovese left his hometown Milan in 2009 to make London his new home for 8 years. During his time in the UK, Emanuele has the chance to develop and improve his knowledge of the food & beverage industry. He works at the managerial level in restaurants, luxury hotels, and famous cocktail bars. Whilst working in the industry, he also has the opportunity to provide consultancy services across the world. Whilst abroad for work, Emanuele understands that the world of the drinks industry is evolving, opening up to not alcoholic distilled drinks and spirits for a better & healthier lifestyle. He soon realises that what is currently missing in the drinks market is an alcoholic aperitif alternative based on the classic Italian bitter vermouth 'vino amaricato'. Amarico is born, an excellent & versatile drink for all occasions. Infused with carefully selected botanicals, it is a reflection of Emanuele's thinking, a drink focussed on offering an experience. Amarico is suitable for all drinking experiences, without compromise.
