About Xibal

Xibal  is a syncretic product; a cultural and botanical mix of both Mayan & European culture. The name is inspired by the Mayan belief of the place where souls travel after death the underworld Xibalbá, a place where the Gods test the souls. A modern style gin using Guatemaltecan ingredients.
