One of the first drinks made in the beginning of Botanero. Simon Elings came up with the recipe for the sherbet, I came up with the mezcal. A marriage at first sight. Since then a Botranero classic, never left the menu.

| Blood Orange Sherbert | 40.0 | ML |
| Hellfire Habanero Bitters | 6.0 | Dash |
| Saline Solution 8% | 3.0 | Dash |
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake and double strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel.
