LONDON CALLING


Considered a ‘Modern Classic’, this cocktail was created by Chris Jepson who worked at the legendary Milk&Honey. The cocktail was submitted for a cocktail competition issued by Drinks International but became a staple of the Milk&Honey menu and a bartender favourite around the world. Essentially a Gin Daisy with the addition of a splash of fino sherry, it’s elegant, simple and delicious.

 

RECIPE

INGREDIENT AMOUNT
Langley's - London Dry 50.0 ML
Fino Sherry 20.0 ML
Lemon Juice 20.0 ML
Simple Syrup 15.0 ML

STEPS

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. 

Shake and double strain in a coupette glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.
