ROCOCO

A shareable cocktail inspired by the freshness and tropical flavour of both the coconut and local roses. This cocktail has also been inspire by Cupid, thats why it has a brush of white chocolate on the outside of the glass, representing Cupid's wings 

RECIPE

INGREDIENT AMOUNT
Xibal Gin 30.0 ML
Coconut Water 30.0 ML
Rose Liqueur 25.0 ML
Clarified Citrus Juice 25.0 ML
Simple Syrup 10.0 ML
Lavender Tincture 1.0 Dash

STEPS

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Stir to combine and chill and pour in a chilled champagne flute, garnished with a white chocolate stripe.
