Merlet Crème de Fraise des Bois combines two complementary varieties, for their richness and complexity. The strawberries are soaked in pure alcohol to extract all their flavours, then pressed and filtered. Sugar is added to this natural fruit infusion to obtain the Crème de Fraise des Bois. Special care is paid to fruits quality, extremely sensitive for such a fragile fruit, and its transformation, to produce the freshest and richest Crème de Fraise des Bois.
