About MERLET

The Merlet family has been distilling cognac since 1850. Five generations supplied major houses exclusively until the 2000s. The early 1980s saw the first diversification with crème de Cassis, the berries of which are grown on the family estate. This became the spearhead of the Merlet brand and was awarded Geographical Indication status, in recognition of its expertise. From then on, Merlet produced a dozen liqueurs, cognacs and pineaux. Today, Pierre & Luc, the 5th generation, are continuing the family alchemy of combining tradition and innovation. Following in the footsteps of their family strategy, they bring a new vision to Merlet products, while remaining in tune with the expectations of the cocktail world, their source of inspiration.
