MERLET CRÈME DE PÊCHE DE VIGNE

Merlet Crème de Pêche de Vigne is made from a very peculiar variety of peaches once grown along the vineyards. The “pêche de vigne” is small, and its flesh red and white.
The peaches are soaked in pure alcohol to extract all their flavours, then pressed and filtered.
Sugar is added to this natural fruit infusion to obtain the Crème de Pêche de Vigne.
