EAU DE VIGNE recaptures the tradition of unaged eau-de-vie known as "La Blanche". Once widely enjoyed, the spirit was slowly but surely eclipsed by the arrival of brandies. As fine distillers, Gilles Merlet and his two sons have blended eaux-de-vie from the cellar of the family distillery with distillates from different regions of France, like Gascony, using specific grape varietals, such as Ugni Blanc and Colombard in order to create the perfect blend: fruity and full of flavour.
