One of our first cocktail in our Bar Journey. Using the “Güisquil” (Chayota), an underrated ingredient in the world, but in Guatemala we use it in diverse ways in gastronomy, and now in the liquid world. A riff on the Gimlet. As the Güisquil is an terroir ingredient, we use the sweetness that this ingredient has by making it into a milk punch cocktail.
