HARVARD

A ‘more refined’ manhattan, named after the famous University of Harvard, created in 1895. The Harvard cocktail uses a more ‘old-world luxury’ ingredient such as Cognac or brandy and by adding a splash of soda or seltzer water, this cocktail can also very easily be enjoyed as an aperitif style by being lighter and fizzier.
