A Milk&Honey modern classic cocktail made by the late Sasha Petraske. ‘Guëy’ can refer to anyone without using their name and Sasha and his team would refer to each other by saying ‘Si, Guëy’, as a way of acknowledging each other during busy service. Coincidentally, they used this cocktail as a segue, a transition from one theme into another without stopping, to introduce their guests from a classic whisky old fashioned into more original tequila based cocktails.
